Can we bring our kids?

While we love all of your children, our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night while the kids are at home with a sitter!

When will I receive an invitation?

We will be sending invitations out early 2025.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let Sam and Ryan know of your food allergy/dietary restrictions when you RSVP!

Will there be a shuttle to the venue from the hotel?

Yes! We will have shuttles leaving from the Holiday Inn Express. Exact times will be provided on the schedule page.

I went to book a room at the Holiday Inn with the room block and group rate, but no rooms showed up.

Please email Sam and Ryan and they will make sure there are more rooms added to the block.

I want to stay at a different hotel; will there be transportation to the venue from other hotels?

We will only have shuttles available from the Holiday Inn Express. You are welcome to stay at another hotel, but you will be reponsible for securing your own transportation.
